About Lisa

Hello, I’m Lisa

Lover of travel, tea, time with my family and experiences.

I’m a natural helper and love to find the best in anyone I meet.

My background is a life long learner and worker in many different areas from people management, leadership, business and staff improvement, project management to entrepreneur.  Using my executive coaching skills, I help others through ‘just thinking about’ it to creating a comprehensive action plan – AND accountability!

The past few years I have focused entirely on counselling women. I use proven therapies, positive psychology and seek to improve your life.

I hold a Bachelor of Counselling and maintain registration to the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).  Plus I have completed an International Federation of Coaching (ICF) accredited Certificate IV in Workplace & Business Coaching.

I’ve also completed certificates in the latest therapies, such as suicide, cultural differences, grief and loss, first aid, COVID19 practices, postnatal health, and positive psychology.

I specialise in parenting interventions and am a certified Circle of Security Program Facilitator , Brining Baby Home (new parenting) and a Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) Facilitator.  I am active in the community and am a board member of Canberra Mothercraft Society plus volunteer at Parentline ACT.

Just recently I was quoted in The Canberra Times.  Oh and I run my own mother’s group – The Up & About Mother’s Group.

When I’m not helping women create more self-awareness and confidence, I’m spending all my free time by living and doing as much as I can with my team.

This team is made up of my soul mate aka husband, three beautiful and equally different children, a kind family and some fun and loyal friends.

As a wife and mother to three thriving children in a blended family environment, I understand that life can be complicated, and that sometimes you need someone to listen.

Let’s talk.
