What you’ll need:
3 chicken breast
For the salad:
Spinach
Cabbage
Carrot
Cucumber
Red capsicum
Spring onion
Snow peas
Chilli
Mint leaves
Cashews
For the dressing:
Garlic
Ginger
Palm sugar
Lime
Fish sauce
Rice bran oil
Mint and basil leaves
What you’ll need to do:
Chop up all salad ingredients to your liking.
Boil or steam chicken and slice thinly/shred.
